I designed this piece as part of my final year projects of my degree focusing mainly on storyboards and concept. I designed this musical as a film, set in a 1970s television studio, where each musical number correlated with a TV show of similar content. Examples include a news show, game show, country music show and televangelist show. Below are some examples of storyboards, created using a mix of AutoCAD, hand drawn and historical images, to understand the workings of musical film shots with television shots, along with some concept art.
