My name is Grace Tolan and I am a designer and artist. I graduated from Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art Design and Technology, Dublin in 2019 with a BA in Design for Stage and Screen- Production Design. During my time in college and since it's completion, I have worked in the art department for both stage and screen productions as well as performing in some of them.

Along with my passion for the stage and screen, I've had a long term relationship with my paintbrushes and ink set. My constant goal is to find elements of beauty and "Grace" in the ordinary everyday, often with a satirical undertone. Stylistically, my paintings take on a more realistic, dramatic approach while my drawings are more stylised and organically linear.  In recent times, I've focused on commissioned portraits in acrylic and landscapes in ink.
